M. Michelle Marbury, president of Innis Enterprise, Inc., has over 20 years experience starting and overseeing large childcare centers, after school programs, and understands the day-to-day operations that ensure success for her programs. Among her programs, Michelle has one of the lowest staff turnover rates and has become an influential leader in the communities she serves.
She has extensive experience in curriculum development and as a English/Spanish bilingual speaker, she often serves as a liaison for parents, staff, and church administrators and members. An active member of the board of directors and other local non-profits, Michelle is very well versed in state licensing requirements and budget management. She dedicates her time and effort to ensure that her fellow colleagues in the childcare community are well trained and continue toward their professional development goals.
She has worked with large publishing companies like Teaching Strategies, as an instructor, and as a CDA trainer and advisor. Michelle brings not only her expertise in the childcare field but also an innate love of learning that inspires her staff to allow all children in her before and after care programs to achieve their greatest potential while having fun.
